Earlier this week, we released All in One SEO Pack v2.8. This major release includes both enhancements to existing features of the plugin as well as improvements to the codebase, performance optimizations and a number of bug fixes.
In total, 23 improvements and bug fixes were included in this release. Here are the highlights:
- Video XML Sitemap (All in One SEO Pack Pro exclusive) – Added column for video count to sitemap
- XML Sitemap – Fixed a bug where custom XML Sitemap filenames could be deleted on updating to v2.7.3.
- XML Sitemap – Added support for post type archive pages
- XML Sitemap – The Additional Pages section now requires properly formed absolute URLs
- XML Sitemap – We no longer include images from trashed content
- XML Sitemap – We now include images from Jetpack galleries
- Performance – Massive optimizations to the performance of the XML Sitemap
- WooCommerce – Product gallery images are now included in the XML Sitemap

I have been using All-in-One SEO plugin since the beginning of my blogging career and I will never switch to Yoast. It has all the functionality that I need. Thanks for making it available.
I’m using All in One SEO Pack. My question: “Is it a must to fill Home Keywords in this plugin or will this work automatically?”
We advise against filling in any meta keywords since these are no longer used by search engines.
