[New] Introducing Link Assistant, A Stand-Alone Headline Analyzer, and More in AIOSEO 4.1.6

At AIOSEO, we aim to be your go-to partner in optimizing your site pages for higher rankings.

That’s why we’re always working on adding new features to help you identify new opportunities to get more traffic for your website.

Today, we’re thrilled to introduce AIOSEO 4.1.6. With this latest update, you get access to the new Link Assistant addon and the stand-alone Headline Analyzer.

Now, you can easily have greater control over your website’s linking strategy to boost your SEO. You can also craft effective scroll-stopping headlines to get more traffic for your site.

The best part? You can do all these from right within your WordPress dashboard.

Let’s take a closer look at how our latest features and updates can help you leverage the power of SEO to grow your business.

Meet Link Assistant — The Easy Way to Manage Onsite Links

Since links are one of the top criteria considered in Google’s page ranking algorithm, you need to have an effective linking strategy.

Ever wanted a simpler way to manage your website’s internal and external links, without hiring an SEO expert?

We’ve got you covered with Link Assistant, the latest feature we added to AIOSEO 4.1.6.

Link Assistant helps you build internal links faster.

Build Better Internal Links for Your Site

Want to get more website visitors?

Strategic internal linking can boost your organic traffic by as much as 40%.

To give you an easier way of managing your internal links, Link Assistant comes with a Links Report dashboard that helps you optimize your internal link-building strategy.

By giving you data on the types of links you have and how your web pages are linked together, the Links Report helps you build internal links faster and better.

Worried that you need to spend a lot of time manually generating a report on your site’s internal links?

You don’t need to — AIOSEO’s Link Assistant addon automatically generates an internal links report with its Links Report dashboard.

The Links Report dashboard gives you insight into linking opportunities and orphaned pages.

The Links Report dashboard also gives you insight into:

  • Linking Opportunities: Link Assistant crawls all your pages and offers suggestions on relevant pages you can link to, as well as anchor text you can use — without needing to audit your site manually.
  • Orphan pages: Link Assistant finds all the orphan pages (pages with zero internal links) on your site and offers linking suggestions to bolster your internal linking strategy.

Creating internal links is super easy with Link Assistant. For one, Link Assistant offers link suggestions that help you speed up the process of finding internal linking opportunities.

With Link Assistants link suggestions feature, you can add internal links with one click of a button.

Just click “Add Link.” It automatically adds the link to your post — no need to open the post separately.

With this feature, you get to save time and effort while optimizing your site links for higher rankings.

Want to change your anchor text or link placement?

In the past, you had to open your blog post separately and revise your anchor text or link placement on a different page.

Now, with the Link Assistant, all it takes is just one click. Simply hover over the link suggestion, click on the edit icon and change your anchor text or link placement as needed.

You can edit the anchor text and mark up text in Link Assistant.

Since it’s quicker for you to manage your links, you can easily add relevant links to your website to boost your chances of ranking your content higher.

Organize External Links to Rank Higher

Did you know that external links are considered the third most important ranking factor?

That’s why with this latest feature, we’ve made it simpler for you to manage your external links so you can help your website rank higher.

With Link Assistant’s Domains Report, you can easily have greater control over your site’s external links without touching a single line of code.

The Domains Report gives you an overview of the external links in a post and helps you edit them.

For example, the Domains Report will help you delete external links that don’t add value to your content with just a few clicks.

You can also use the Domains Report to quickly audit your outbound links to see which need to be updated.

Plus, you can edit all your external links right from within Link Assistant — no need to open each post individually.

As a result, you can organize your site’s external links in much less time. So, you’re free to invest that saved time back into your business.

With this latest feature, you can easily improve your user experience and build trust in your content to increase your site traffic.

Define the Data You Want to See

Too much data is crippling. That’s why we created the option to refine the information you see in Links Assistant. You can define the criteria for suggestions using the “Settings” page.

The settings page helps you refine the information you see in Links Assistant.

Defining your ranges this way enables you to easily zero in on the posts, pages, and links that matter to you most.

Doing content audit for your website? In your “Settings” page, you can check the “Published” status only and uncheck the others to make sure that Link Assistant is enabled only for published articles.

Want to add internal links to your drafts only? Simply check the “Draft” status only and uncheck the others so you can focus on linking internally between your drafts.

In your “Settings” page, you can also exclude certain words from being suggested as anchor text, so you can improve anchor text suggestions and boost your chances of ranking higher.

The Link Assistant addon to AIOSEO Pro and Elite plans is a game-changer when it comes to helping you create optimized linking strategies with just a few clicks. And since it’s user-friendly, you can easily use it to build better links for your site, even if you’re not tech-savvy.

The Stand-Alone Headline Analyzer — Drive More Traffic with Optimized Headlines

Besides Link Assistant, another news-worthy feature that comes with AIOSEO 4.1.6 is the stand-alone Headline Analyzer. Before the update, the Headline Analyzer was only accessible through the post editor.

The old headline analyzer only featured in the post editor.

Studies show that 8 out of 10 people read headlines, but only 2 out of 10 proceed to read the copy. The reason for that is poorly written headlines.

We’ve improved our Headline Analyzer to help you craft headlines that convert better, resulting in more people reading your content.

Besides the post editor, you can now find our new and improved Headline Analyzer under the SEO Analysis menu of the AIOSEO settings.

The new Headline Analyzer is found in the SEO Analysis section of the AIOSEO settings.

The new stand-alone Headline Analyzer helps you write better headlines by offering you more details on how to improve yours. Follow the recommendations, and you’ll craft headlines that drive engagement and increase conversions.

The new stand alone Headline Analyzer helps you write better headlines by offering more detailed recommendations.

Another cool feature you’ll love in the new Headline Analyzer is that it saves your previous results. This helps you A/B test different versions of your headline, resulting in optimized headlines that boost conversions.

Your headline is the first thing people see on search engine results pages (SERPs). It’s your only chance to convince readers to click-through into the rest of your content. Getting it right, therefore, is crucial.

That’s exactly what the Headline Analyzer will help you do — help you craft headlines that drive clicks.

  1. I have a plus subscription. Is there anyway to add link assistant to it without paying $199 to upgrade to the next one.

    1. Hi Ashley,
