To get started, click on Tools in the All in One SEO menu and then click on the Import/Export tab.
Importing / Restore AIOSEO Settings or Content
You can import your settings and meta data in the Import/Restore AIOSEO Settings or Content area.
To import your exported settings and/or SEO meta data, click on the Choose a File button and upload the aioseo-export-settings file. Then click on the Import button.
You should see a message saying “Success! Your settings have been imported.”
Exporting Settings
You can export your settings in the Export Settings area.
Select the checkboxes for the settings you want to export and click the Export Settings button.
A file called aioseo-export-settings will be downloaded to your local computer. This contains the exported information.
Import Settings From Other Plugins
You can import settings from other SEO plugins.
Select the plugin you want to import from in the drop down, and click the Import button.

Export Content
To export SEO meta data for the content in your post types, select the checkboxes for the post types you want to export and click the Export Content button.
Once you've selected the checkboxes, click the Export Settings button.
Go to the Taxonomies tab to export SEO meta data for the content in your taxonomies.
You can choose whether to export your SEO meta data in JSON or CSV format.
NOTE:
Select the CSV format if you want to bulk edit your SEO meta data using a spreadsheet.
You can then edit or create your SEO meta data and import it into All in One SEO using the Import/Restore AIOSEO Settings or Content area.
A file called aioseo-export-post-types or aioseo-export-taxonomies will be downloaded to your local computer. This contains the exported information.
