Easier Site Connection to Google Search Console and Automatic Sitemap Syncing

We’re thrilled to announce a game-changing improvement to how you connect your WordPress site with Google Search Console in AIOSEO!

Our latest release streamlined the entire site verification and sitemap submission process, saving you valuable time and effort.

Here’s a brief summary of what to expect from this new update:

One-click Google Search Console Connection

Tired of the complicated process of submitting sites to Google Search Console?

Say goodbye to the mundane steps of verifying your site, connecting your property, fetching codes, and manually verifying. With AIOSEO 4.6.2, it’s now as simple as clicking a button!

Our new seamless flow lets you connect your site to Google Search Console with just a single click. If your site isn’t already connected, you’ll receive a friendly notification in AIOSEO’s Notification Center.

You’ll also find this as a handy check appearing in the WordPress Site Health section.

Even better, this integration is now part of the AIOSEO Setup Wizard, making it easier than ever to get started on the right foot!

This means you can connect your site to Google Search Console with just a few clicks of a button. No more switching between GSC and your website. This results in a lot of time saved and some frustrations avoided.

Automatic Sitemap Submission and Synchronization

Once you’ve connected your site through the new flow, AIOSEO will automatically submit and sync your sitemaps with Google Search Console.

No more manual submission processes!

However, if you had previously connected your site to Google Search Console, your sitemaps won’t automatically sync. You will need to trigger the new flow and grant AIOSEO the necessary permissions to manage your sitemaps.

Doing this will help ensure your sitemaps are up-to-date in Google Search Console.

Sitemap Error Monitoring and Resolution

Alongside this new functionality, we’ve added a function that monitors your sitemaps for any errors. If any issues are detected, they’ll be conveniently displayed right within the sitemap module.

Fixing these errors is also easy! With a simple click, you can access a modal that lists all the sitemaps with errors and options to fix them. The main ones are Ignore, View Details, or Remove.
