Account Questions

Where can I find my download link and license key?

You can find your download link and license key, as well as your login for our site, in your purchase receipt email which you should have received immediately after purchase.

If you purchased after January 21st, 2020:

Your download link and license key can also be found in our My Account area here.

If you purchased before January 21st, 2020:

If you no longer have your purchase receipt email then please contact us here and we’ll send you a copy.

What is your policy on refunds?

If you are not completely satisfied with All in One SEO Pro after 14 days, you can request a refund and we will give you 100% of your money back – no questions asked.

Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds outside of the 14-day period.

Can I get an invoice for my payment?

If you purchased after January 21st, 2020:

Customers who purchased after January 21st, 2020 can download a PDF invoice by logging into this site here and clicking on My Account in the top left corner. Once logged into the My Account area, click on the PDF Invoice button.

If you purchased before January 21st, 2020:

Customers who purchased before January 21st, 2020 will need to contact us here to request an invoice. Please provide your official business name and tax ID if you want them on your receipt.

Why don’t I see my purchase information in the My Account area?

We rolled out a new My Account area on January 21st, 2020 where customers can view their order information, access their license key, download the plugin and more. You can access this by logging into our site using the Log In link in the top left corner and then you’ll see My Account.

This area will only show information for purchases made since January 21st, 2020, it currently doesn’t show information for purchases prior to that date. We’ll be adding information from older purchases in the near future.

If you need information from old purchases, such as your license key or download link then please contact us and someone will respond.

How do I change my payment information?

If you purchased after January 21st, 2020:

Customers who purchased after January 21st, 2020 can change their payment method by logging into this site here and clicking on My Account in the top left corner. Once logged into the My Account area, click on Payment Methods and click the Add payment method button and complete the form.

If you purchased before January 21st, 2020:

Customers who purchased before January 21st, 2020 using PayPal will need to do this within their PayPal account by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your PayPal account
  2. Go to “Settings” (click the gear icon in the top right corner) and then go to “Payments”
  3. Click the button “Manage pre-approved payments”
  4. Locate your pre-approved payment for “Semper Plugins LLC” in the left sidebar and click it
  5. Click the “Edit” icon next to “Payment method” in order to change your payment information and then click “Save”

PayPal will now use the updated payment details for the next recurring payment.

Customers who purchased before January 21st, 2020 using a credit card will need to contact us here for assistance.

I can’t log in to my account

If you are having problems logging into our My Account area then click on the Log In link in the top left corner of our site and then click on the Lost your password link. Enter your email address that you used during checkout and click the Get New Password button. A new password will be sent to your email address. Make sure to check your spam folder and mark these emails as not spam.

I haven’t received my receipt or login details

Usually the email receipt and login information email is sent the moment your payment is approved, which should be almost immediately. Remember it will go to the email address that you entered during checkout. Make sure to check your spam folder and mark these emails as not spam.

Can I cancel my account?

If you purchased after January 21st, 2020:

Customers who purchased after January 21st, 2020 can cancel their subscription for All in One SEO Pro by logging into this site here and clicking on My Account in the top left corner. Once logged into the My Account area, click on My Subscription and click the Cancel button.

If you purchased before January 21st, 2020:

Customers who purchased using PayPal before January 21st, 2020 will need to cancel through PayPal by following the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account
  2. Click Profile near the top of the page or the Settings icon
  3. Click Payments
  4. Click Manage Preapproved Payments”
  5. Select the merchant – we will be listed as Semper Plugins
  6. Click Cancel, Cancel automatic billing or Cancel subscription and follow the instructions

Customers who purchased using a credit card before January 21st, 2020 will need to contact us here for assistance.

*Please note that once you cancel your subscription, you will no longer be able to access support, update the plugin or download the plugin once your current subscription term expires.

Can I upgrade / downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by logging into our site and going to the Pricing page. You’ll see Upgrade / Downgrade buttons under the respective plans.

License Questions

Can I upgrade/downgrade my license to a different level?

If you purchased after January 21st, 2020:

Customers who purchased after January 21st, 2020 can upgrade to downgrade their license for All in One SEO Pro by logging into this site here and clicking on My Account in the top left corner. Once logged into the My Account area, click on My Subscription and click the Change Subscription button and select which license level you want to switch to.

If you purchased before January 21st, 2020:

Customers who purchased before January 21st, 2020 will need to contact us here to request an upgrade or downgrade for their license.

How many sites can I install All in One SEO Pro on?

The number of sites depends on your the plan you purchased which is listed below:

  • Individual plan – you can install on one site only
  • Business plan – you can install on a maximum of ten sites
  • Agency plan – you can install on unlimited sites

If you are seeing a notice that states you have reach the maximum activations for your license and you believe this is wrong, then please contact us here.

How do I renew my license?

An automatic recurring subscription is created when you first purchase All in One SEO Pro and this will automatically renew until you cancel your subscription.

If you cancel your subscription, or it expires for any reason, then you cannot renew it.

However, if you have an active subscription and you wish to renew early, then please read the information below:

If you purchased after January 21st, 2020:

Customers who purchased after January 21st, 2020 can renew their subscription by logging into this site here and clicking on My Account in the top left corner. Once logged into the My Account area, click on My Subscription and click the Renew Now button.

If you purchased before January 21st, 2020:

Customers who purchased prior to January 21st, 2020 will need to purchase a new license or contact us here for assistance.

Will the plugin work without a license key?

Yes, the plugin works just fine without a license key, you just can’t access the settings for the premium features or update the plugin when we release a new version. The license key is used when you access premium features, update the plugin or request support.

How long will I receive support and updates for?

You will receive support and updates for as long as you maintain your subscription. If you cancel your subscription or it expires, you will no longer be able to update the plugin, access premium features or receive support.

Pre Purchase Questions

How does your pricing work?

All in One SEO Pro is sold under an annual recurring license. The recurring subscription is automatically charged each year to you credit card or your PayPal account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept both credit card and PayPal payments. If you have problems with using your credit card of PayPal during checkout then please contact us here.

How do I upgrade to All in One SEO Pro?

If you are running the free version of All in One SEO and you want to upgrade to All in One SEO Pro then please purchase one of the plans here.

Once you’ve purchased a plan for All in One SEO Pro, please follow the installation instructions here to download and install the Pro plugin. You can safely delete the free version of the plugin after activating the Pro plugin. All of your settings and SEO meta data will be present in the Pro plugin.

Do you provide support?

Yes. If you have a current subscription for All in One SEO Pro then you can get support by contacting us here.

What’s included in my purchase of All in One SEO Pro?

You get access to the following for as long as you maintain your subscription:

  • Plugin Updates – All updates for All in One SEO Pro
  • Premium Support – Access to Priority Support via our Contact Form here.  Support is available Monday to Friday during US East Coast business hours only
  • Premium Feature – Access to the premium features based on the plan you purchased
  • Premium Documentation – You can access our growing library of video tutorials for as long as you maintain your subscription.
Will my data be lost if I convert from the free version to the Pro version?

No. All of your SEO data and settings will be preserved when you switch from the free version to All in One SEO Pro. This happens automatically and you don’t need to do anything.

I have the free version, can I just buy support?

No. Support is a benefit only available to customers with a current subscription for All in One SEO Pro. If you want access to our premium support, please purchase the Pro plugin here.

Who should use AIOSEO?

All in One SEO is perfect for business owners, bloggers, designers, developers, photographers, and basically everyone else. If you want to optimize your WordPress SEO, then you need to use All in One SEO.

What is the difference between the free version of All in One SEO and All in One SEO Pro?

The license for All in One SEO Pro provides you with access to the following benefits:

  • All in One SEO Pro includes various features that are not available in the free plugin.  The full list can be found here
  • All in One SEO Pro includes a subscription which gives you access to dedicated Priority Support via our Contact Form
  • The subscription also gives you access to our library of video tutorials.
What’s required to use AIOSEO?

All in One SEO is a WordPress Plugin. In order to use All in One SEO, you must have a self-hosted WordPress site or site on WordPress.com with a WordPress.com Business Plan. That’s all.

Do I need coding skills to use AIOSEO?

Absolutely not. You can optimize your WordPress SEO without any coding knowledge. All in One SEO is the most beginner friendly WordPress SEO plugin.

Will All in One SEO slow down my website?

Absolutely not. All in One SEO is carefully built with performance in mind. We have developed everything with best practices and modern standards to ensure things run smooth and fast.

Does All in One SEO work on non-WordPress sites?

No. All in One SEO is a WordPress SEO plugin, so it will NOT work on sites that do not use WordPress.

Does All in One SEO work on a WordPress.com site?

Yes, All in One SEO works with WordPress.com. Please be aware that only Business Plan users are able to install custom plugins on WordPress.com.

Can I use All in One SEO on client sites?

Yes, you can use All in One SEO on client sites in two ways. Either you can purchase an Agency license OR purchase an appropriate license for each client site. You can also refer your clients to purchase directly from our site using your affiliate link to earn a 20% commission.

Is All in One SEO translation ready?

Yes, All in One SEO has full translation and localization support. All in One SEO has been translated into 10 languages so far with many more on the way.

Can I translate All in One SEO into my language?

Yes, whilst All in One SEO is one of the most translated plugins for WordPress, it may not be available in your language or the language pack may not be complete. You can find out more about translating All in One SEO here.

Is All in One SEO compliant with GDPR?

Yes, All in One SEO is a 100% compliant with GDPR. Specifically, All in One SEO does not collect any personal data covered in the GDPR regulation.
