Can I get a refund for my AI credits?

Of course! If you don’t find our generative AI features useful, then we are happy to provide you with a refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked, as long as you have used less than 500 credits.

Unfortunately we can’t issue refunds outside of the 14-day period.
