Disabling TruSEO
To get started, we'll turn TruSEO off from AIOSEO's general settings.
From your WordPress admin sidebar, go to All in One SEO » General Settings. Then select the Content Optimization tab.
Everything that controls TruSEO content analysis lives on this tab, under TruSEO & Content Settings.
Next, click the TruSEO toggle to switch it off.
With TruSEO off, AIOSEO stops analyzing your content for basic SEO issues, keyword usage, and readability. It also stops flagging spelling mistakes as you write. If that's more than you want to switch off, the next section covers how to stop the in-editor highlighting on its own.

NOTE:
If you only want to stop the in-editor highlighting rather than all analysis, switch off the TruSEO Highlighter and leave TruSEO on. Highlighting can also be switched off for a single post from the Optimization tab in the AIOSEO Settings section of the Edit Post screen.
Saving Your Changes
Once you've set the toggles the way you want them, click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.
That's it! TruSEO content analysis is now off. You can turn it back on from the same tab whenever you want it.

Where do I find the TruSEO setting now?
It's on the Content Optimization tab under All in One SEO » General Settings. Earlier versions than All in One SEO v5.0 kept it on the Advanced tab.
Does turning TruSEO off affect my rankings?
No. TruSEO is a writing aid that analyzes and scores your content inside the editor to guide your own edits. Switching it off changes what you see while writing, not what your published pages contain.
Can I turn it off for one post only?
The TruSEO setting applies to your whole site. For a single post, you can switch highlighting off from the Optimization tab in the editor instead. See using TruSEO content analysis for more on that tab.
Will the Headline Analyzer still work?
Yes. The Headline Analyzer has its own toggle on the same tab, so it isn't affected unless you switch that off too. See What Else is Disabled Off above.
How do I turn TruSEO back on?
The steps are the same in reverse. On the Content Optimization tab, switch the TruSEO toggle back on. Then click the Save Changes button.
